For example, if County A has a $200,000 bidding threshold, projects below that amount may be awarded directly. During construction, we serve as the owner's engineering representative, helping answer contractor questions, review project progress, and identify potential issues before they become costly problems.As part of construction administration, Triple Point provides construction observations, reviews contractor pay applications, conducts punch-list inspections, and completes any required erosion and sediment control inspections. Our goal is to help owners keep projects on schedule, maintain quality, and address issues early so construction proceeds as smoothly as possible.
